## 阿公阿嬤，記住這幾句話就好

### 一、聽到這些話，先掛電話，不要急

* 「你涉及刑案，要幫忙辦案，**不能跟家人說**。」
* 「你的健保卡/帳戶被盜用了。」
* 「你兒子（孫子）出事了，急需一筆錢。」
* 「你中大獎了 / 可以退稅，先繳一筆錢來領。」
* 「跟我投資，保證賺，穩賺不賠。」

這些話全部都是騙人的，聽到就掛電話。

### 二、三個「絕對不要」

絕對不要去 ATM 按一按來「解除分期」「解凍帳戶」。 （ATM 只能領錢、轉帳，不能解除任何東西。）

絕對不要去超商買「遊戲點數卡」，把卡上的號碼唸給別人。 （點數卡只能玩遊戲，不能拿來處理任何帳戶或案件。）

絕對不要把存摺、提款卡、密碼、手機收到的「驗證碼」給任何人。 （連說自己是警察、銀行、客服的，也不行。）

### 三、遇到任何「要錢」的事，做這兩件事

第一，掛掉電話，先問家人。 打給你的兒子、女兒、孫子，問一句：「有人叫我做這個，可以嗎？」

第二，打 165 問。 直接打 `165`，免費、24 小時都有人接。問問題不用錢，也不丟臉。

### 四、記住一句總結

> ## 「叫我去 ATM、買點數、給密碼、馬上匯錢的，

> ## 不管他說他是誰，都是騙子。
>
> ## 先掛電話，打給家人，打 165。」

### 給子女的話

* 平常多跟長輩聊聊最近的詐騙新聞，用聊天代替教訓，長輩才聽得進去。
* 幫長輩手機裝 Whoscall，辨識詐騙來電。
* 和長輩約定一個只有家人知道的通關密語。以後接到「我是你孫子、我出事了」的電話，就問通關密語，答不出來就是詐騙。
* 告訴長輩：就算真的被騙了也沒關係，第一時間跟我說，我們一起處理，越早講越能把錢追回來。讓他們不怕說、不隱瞞。
